UNOG Seeks Expressions of Interest for Architectural Finishing Works at Palais des Nations

Reference: EOIUNOG24217 FRANCAIS L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des manifestations d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer pour la réalisation de travaux de second œuvre archiectural pour le Palais des Nations et ses annexes. Les travaux à exécuter ne sont pas encore définis et feront l'objet de demandes de devis au cas par cas.

De ce fait, la durée de chacun des travaux, ainsi que le planning d’exécution, seront fixés avant chaque commande. L’adjudicataire devra intervenir à la demande de l’ONUG après acceptation des devis. L’objectif est d'établir un contrat de trois (3) ans avec une (1) option de prolongation supplémentaire et consécutive de deux (2) ans, soit cinq (5) ans maximum.

Veuillez noter que cet appel à manifestation d'intérêt (AMI) ne constitue pas un appel à la concurrence. Seuls les fournisseurs considérés comme qualifiés par l'ONUG pour fournir les services requis seront invités à participer à une éventuelle mise en concurrence. Toutes les réponses seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle.

ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking expressions of interest for a tender it intends to launch for the execution of architectural finishing work for the Palais des Nations and its annexes. The scope of work has not yet been defined and will be subject to requests for quotations on a case-by-case basis.

Consequently, the duration of each project, as well as the execution schedule, will be determined prior to the issuance of each order. The successful bidder will be required to commence work upon UNOG’s request and following formal acceptance of the corresponding quotations.

The objective is to establish a three (3)-year contract with one (1) option to extend for an additional two (2) consecutive years, for a maximum contract duration of five (5) years. Please note that this call for expressions of interest (EOI) is not a solicitation. Only suppliers deemed qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate in a potential competitve bidding process.
