Scope overview
Projektbeschreibung Die Gemeinden Ralingen planen gemeinsam mit der Verbandsgemeinde Trier-Land die Errichtung eines Gemeindezentrums zur Unterbringung verschiedener Funktionen an einem Standort. Ausgang ist das inzwischen sanierungsbedürftige Gemeindehaus. Dem Gemeindehaus vorgelagert ist bereits eine große platzartige Stellplatzfläche. Folgende Funktionen sollen an diesem Standort untergebracht werden: 1.
Gemeindehaus mit adaptierten Nutzungen (Betreiber Ortsgemeinde) 2. Feuerwehr Edingen und Godendorf (Betreiber VG Trier Land) Durch den gemeinsamen Standort sollen Synergien wie folgt entwickelt werden: 1. Anpassung der Funktionen des Gemeindehauses auf den heutigen Bedarf, auch mit gemeinsamer Nutzung der vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten für die Feuerwehr. 2. Gemeinsame Nutzung der vorhandenen Infrastruktur / Außenanlagen.
Aktueller Projektstand Die Ortsgemeinde Ralingen plant einen Umbau des dort bestehenden Gemeindehauses. Diese Planung befindet sich gerade in der Leistungsphase 2 – Vorentwurf. Die Verbandsgemeinde Trier- Land plant einen Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehaus. Diese Planung befindet sich derzeit in der Leistungsphase 4, wobei der Bauantrag im Oktober bei der Kreisverwaltung eingegangen ist.
Beide Gebäude bilden ein Ensemble wofür eine Freianlagenplanung erforderlich ist.
