Scope overview
Die Auftraggeberin führt zur Beschaffung von Architekturleistungen für die Gesamterneuerung der Freihofstrasse 33 ein selektives Verfahren durch. Es werden Planerleistungen für den Bereich Architektur, SIA-Ordnung 102 gesucht.
Folgende Phasen mit insgesamt voraussichtlich 100 Teilleistungsprozenten werden nach der SIA-Ordnung 102 (Ausgabe 2020) ausgeschrieben: 3 Projektierung 4 Ausschreibung 5 Realisierung Der Architekt / die Architektin hat sämtliche Grundleistungen gemäss Art. 4.3 – 4.5 der SIA-Ordnung 102 (Leistungsbeschrieb) zu erbringen. Allfällige Mehraufwendungen werden im Zeitaufwand abgerechnet.
Der Ausschuss des Stiftungsrates der Stiftung PWG hat einen Planungs- und Projektierungskredit für das Vorprojekt und Bauprojekt gesprochen. Der spätere Vertragsabschluss erfolgt phasenweise und steht unter dem Vorbehalt der Zustimmung und Bewilligung durch die zuständigen Behörden und der Genehmigung der erforderlichen Kredite durch die zuständigen Stiftungsorgane.
Ein Anspruch auf eine Leistungserbringung in allen Teilphasen besteht somit nicht.
