Scope overview
The HRA Office of Domestic Violence Services (DVS) intends to extend Non-residential Services through Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) with the incumbent vendor, Urban Justice Center (UJC), for six months needed to complete the RFP (06924P0019) Solicitation process. All Renewals and Amendment Extensions were exhausted before utilizing the NAE method. This NAE will provide additional time to review the bids submitted for the new RFP and ensure an appropriate transition of the program to potential new awardees. This NAE is for an existing contract as part of the FY-26 HHS Timely Registration. The total contract amount is $526,618.79, including $105,323.76 of 25% Allowance.
