RULH Schools Seeks Point-to-Point Circuit Between Middle and High School Locations

RULH Schools is seeking a point-to-point circuit to connect RULH Middle School (2300 Rains Eitel Road in Aberdeen, OH 45101) to RULH High School (1317 South 2nd Street in Ripley, OH 45167) where the main district servers are located. The circuit should be a minimum of 1 Gbps and leased lit fiber is preferred. The vendor must have a SPIN at the time the contract is awarded.

Quotes that include both the data circuit and internet access will be disqualified. Spam and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. Quotes must include all costs associated with the service. Proposals from vendors on Red Light Status with the FCC or delinquent on a debt to a state or federal governmental agency or entity will be disqualified.

In-state vendors are preferred. Previous experience with the vendor is preferred. The deadline for vendor proposals is 9:00 am Eastern, 29 days from the date this Form 470 is posted. We reserve the right to reject late-submitted proposals.
