Scope overview

Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC to be considered. All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. District also reserves the right to disqualify incomplete vendor proposals.
