Scope overview
Maple Dale Indian Hill School District is looking for a secondary connection for guest traffic between 500Mbps and 2Gbps for their two district locations. Fiber preferred, but will look at all bids / options. All proposals and questions must be submitted via email only to the main contact and the technical contact listed on this form 470. Vendors must have a valid E-Rate SPIN and current SPAC to be considered.
All responding vendors must meet certification requirements prohibiting the inclusion of any products or components from Huawei, ZTE, or any other covered company designated by the FCC. We reserve the right to reject proposals from vendors who do not meet these criteria. District also reserves the right to disqualify incomplete vendor proposals.
