Scope overview
DSS/HRA intends to enter into a three-month Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract for Non-Residential services, provided by NYC Gay & Lesbian Anti-Violence Project. This is a negotiated acquisition extension with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services for the minimum amount of time until the new RFP's awardee start their service from April 1, 2026.
