Scope overview
**Please see attached RFP for detailed specifications for the districts requests** The Alaska Gateway School District (AGSD) is seeking contract bids for Internet and Digital Transmission Services with options for increasing bandwidth over the life of the contract.
Bids must separate eligible and ineligible items.The successful bidder shall be able to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via SPI mode upon request. Any questions regarding the request for bids for Category 1must be submitted in writing no later than February 27, 2026 to Bill Burr, Director of Technology, at bburr@agsd.us.
Questions and answers will be posted to https://www.agsd.us/page/technology by March 2, 2026. Questions submitted that would require posting via telephone or text will not be responded to. Bids must include a written statement that The bid is firm and will not be withdrawn before July 1st, 2026. The deadline to submit all quotes will be the Allowable Contract Date (ACD) as indicated on the posted FCC Form 470.
