Scope overview
The NYC Department of Small Business Services is entering into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension Contract with DB Grant Associates Inc. to continue Business Solution Center services in the Bronx, to reinforce the City s efforts to support businesses of any size and at any stage, by responding to current and evolving needs while providing the conditions and resources to enable them to further grow and advance.
The contract term will be from 7/1/2025 to 6/30/2026, in the amount of $ 461,320.00. The negotiated acquisition extension will allow the agency adequate time to release a new solicitation for this program and enable the current BSC provider to continue to deliver a suite of business services while the Agency finalizes the RFP and award.
