Scope overview

NYC Department for the Aging (NYC Aging) intends to enter into a one-year Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) with the existing vendor, PeerPlace Networks LLC., to provide client tracking software services to NYC Aging. This is a NAE as per PPB Rule 3-04 (b)(2)(iii) with incumbent provider to maintain continuity of services until the Agency completes the design, implementation, and testing of the new system that will replace the STARS system.
