The Department of Homeless Services (DHS) intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contract with Samaritan Daytop Village Inc.
for the following shelter locations: Forbell Men Shelter 338 Forbell Street Brooklyn, NY 11208 Harlem YMCA 180 West 135th Street New York, NY 10030 Colonial (Jamaica) YMCA 87-70 &72 148th Street Jamaica NY 11435 The proposed NAE term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 with contract amount of $21,463,323. All Renewal and Amendment Extension were exhausted before utilizing the NAE method.
