Scope overview

DSS/DVS intends to enter into a Negotiated Acquisition Extension (NAE) contracts with the following three (3) vendors, providing Tier II shelter services for the Domestic Violence Service program. Sanctuary for Families, Inc. - Sarah Burke House Urban Resource Institute - Urban Center for Change African American Planning Commission, Inc.

- Serenity House The proposed NAE term will be from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, and the total contract amount will be $11,123,002.83, which includes a 25% allowance.
