Scope overview
Con il presente appalto si richiede all’Aggiudicatario l’erogazione delle prestazioni indicativamente di seguito elencate: a) apertura continuativa, secondo le esigenze, le modalità e l’articolazione oraria delle singole biblioteche indicate al successivo comma 4; b) servizio di prestito attraverso l’utilizzo del gestionale SEBINA per le operazioni di consultazione giornaliera, prestito esterno, restituzione e verifica del rientro del patrimonio bibliografico (monografie, periodici e tesi); c) servizio di prenotazione posti nelle sale studio mediante l’utilizzo del gestionale SEBINA per la gestione delle prenotazioni, delle cancellazioni e dei blocchi utenti; d) assistenza di primo livello attraverso il supporto, in presenza e da remoto, agli utenti interni ed esterni su orari, servizi, collezioni e ricerche catalografiche di base; e) gestione del patrimonio bibliografico tramite la movimentazione e la sistemazione di libri e altri materiali sugli scaffali; f) supporto alla catalogazione con apposizione delle etichette antitaccheggio RFID sui testi tramite il gestionale SEBINA.
