Scope overview
Met deze aanbesteding beoogt de aanbestedende dienst de volgende maatregelen uit te voeren: - De dijkversterking: versterking van de primaire kering in Baarlo – Hout-Blerick om te voldoen aan het veiligheidsniveau dat op de grond van de Waterwet vereist; - de dijkverlegging (systeemmaatregel): om het negatieve effect op de rivierwaterstand door het verhogen van de keringen deels te compenseren.
Inclusief aanvullende maatregelen als gevolg van de dijkverlegging; - het ecologisch en waterhuishoudkundige herstel van de Kwistbeek; - het aanleggen van kwelgeulen om een beter leefgebied voor planten en dieren te creëren; het verhogen van lage delen in de evacuatieroute Vergelt-Heuvel-Ondersteweg-Bosakkerweg en nabij de veerstoep om de evacuatietijd te verlengen of af te stellen.
