Scope overview
Het voormalige tuindersgebied Hoge Bongerd en haar omgeving is al jaren onderhevig aan een grote verandering als gevolg van het project Ruimte voor de Rivier en meerdere woningbouwopgaven, zoals de Stelt en Hof van Holland.
Gemeente Nijmegen zet nu deze opdracht in de markt voor het ontwikkelen van Hoge Bongerd tot een duurzaam woon- en verblijfsgebied voor maximaal 250 woningen, waarvan minimaal 40 sociale huur, en maximaal 2.825 m² commerciële voorzieningen en alle bijhorende infrastructuur en (openbare) buitenruimte. 1
