Scope overview
Vergeben werden Planerleistungen für die Erarbeitung eines regionalen Sachplans gemäss § 12a BauG Kanton Aargau im Rahmen der Gebietsentwicklung Stadtraum Bahnhof Brugg Windisch. Der regionale Sachplan soll die Ergebnisse der Testplanung und die konsolidierte Synthese der Projektpartner behördenverbindlich festlegen und die Grundlage für die nachfolgende Teilrevision der Nutzungsplanung bilden.
Bearbeitet wird der Stadtraum südlich der SBB Gleise mit den Arealen Bahnhof Süd und Campus in kooperativer Abstimmung mit den Projektpartnern. Zusätzlich werden Leistungen für die Folgephase 4 «Teilrevision Nutzungsplanung» ausgeschrieben.
Der Umfang der Phase 4 umfasst die Unterstützung über die gesamte Prozessdauer von der Vorbereitung und Erarbeitung des Entwurfs über Mitwirkung, kantonale Vorprüfung, Bereinigung, öffentliche Auflage und Einwendungsverfahren bis zur Genehmigung.
