Diese werden im einstufigen Offenen Verfahren nach VgV europaweit ausgeschrieben. Es finden keine Bieterpräsentationen statt.
Parallel werden die noch folgende weitere Planungsleistungen ausgeschrieben: - Tragwerksplanung - Fachplanung TGA - Objektplanung Der Bauherr beabsichtigt nach aktuellem Stand die stufenweise Beauftragung. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass kein Anspruch auf Realisierung/Projektumsetzung besteht. Darüber hinaus behält sich der Auftraggeber vor die Bauleitung regional einzufordern.
