This component will leverage the Irrigation Facilities Spatial Information System (SUTEM)—an innovative digital service developed by DSI under the ongoing World Bank– financed TIMP. This component is also intended to finance developing the software Spatial Investment Monitoring Program (MEYTAP) for additional modules on construction and project works. Component (3): Project Management ($4.4 million) .

This component will finance the multiple activities required for coordinating and managing the project. Procurement of contracts financed by the World Bank will be conducted through the procedures specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, (September 2023) (Procurement Regulations) and is open to all eligible firms and individuals as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The World Bank shall arrange the publication on its external website of the agreed initial procurement plan and all subsequent updates once it has provided a no objection. International Competitive Bidding (ICB) will be used for works for some schemes.

A brief description of the works to be procured through open international competitive procurement under the Project are: 1.Tokat Kazova Right and Left Bank Rehabilitation : Located within the borders of Tokat province center, Turhal and Pazar districts.

Initial Flow: Main Pipeline 18,560 m3/s - Left Bank (Y15 Line): 10,650 m3/s Starting Diameter of Main Pipeline: Right Bank starts with 4000 mm GRP Pipe and ends with 225 mm HDPE pipe at the end of the line. The Left Bank starts with a 3600 mm CTP pipe and ends with a 160 mm HDPE pipe at the end of the line. Total Length of Irrigation Pipeline: 793,796.95 m Water Supply: Gümenek Regulator.

Kazova Right and Left Bank Irrigation is a classical system and was put into operation in 1945. 2.Aksaray Uluırmak (Mamasın) Irrigation Rehabilitation : Located in Aksaray Province.

Initial Flow: Part 2: 10,684 m3/s, Part 3: 4,433 m3/s Starting Diameter of Main Pipeline: Part 2 : 2400 mm (GRP pipe) Part 3 : 2200 mm (GRP pipe) Total Length of Irrigation Pipeline: Part 2 : 224,247.07 m Part 3 : 146,228.51 m Water Supply: Aksaray Uluırmak (Mamasın) Dam 3.Karaman Ayrancı Dam Irrigation Rehabilitation: Located in Ayrancı district of Karaman Province Initial Flow: 3.90 m3/s Starting Diameter of Main Pipeline: 2800 mm (GRP pipe) Total Length of Irrigation Pipeline: 149,928.50 m Water Supply: Ayrancı Dam.

It was put into operation in 1962. 4.Amasya Suluova Right and Left Bank Rehabilitation: Located in Suluova district of Amasya province.

Initial Flow: Havza Regulator: 2,385 l/s, Derinöz Dam (Suluova-1: 5,572 l/s, Suluova-2: 3,802 l/s, Eraslan: 1,163 l/s) Starting Diameter of Main Pipeline: E 1 Main Pipe: 1400 mm (GRP pipe) H Main Pipe: 1800 mm (Steel pipe) S 1 Main Pipe: 2800 mm (GRP pipe) S 2Main Pipe: 2800 mm (GRP pipe) Total Length of Irrigation Pipeline: 558,198 m Water Supply: Yedikır Dam - Ladik Lake (Havza Regulator) Suluova Right Bank Irrigation was put into operation in 1986, Left Bank Irrigation in 1989 and Eraslan Pumped Irrigation in 2003.
