Scope overview
Am IMWS existiert ein Rigaku MiniFlex 600 Röntgendiffraktometer. Dieses soll um einen Heiztisch erweitert werden, um damit zukünftig in situ Messungen bei Temperaturen von Raumtemperatur bis 500 °C vornehmen zu können. Dieser muss die nötigen baulichen Voraussetzungen mitbringen, um in das am IMWS vorhandene Diffraktometer eingebaut werden zu können.
Hierzu zählt ein Adapter, der den Einbau des Heiztischs in das Diffraktometer überhaupt erst ermöglicht. Des weiteren werden für die unterschiedlichen zu vermessenden Proben auch verschiedene Probenhalter benötigt.
