Scope overview
La présente consultation a pour objet l’achat d’une prestation externalisée de gestion et de suivi des abonnements de presse de RTE, couvrant l’ensemble des supports papier et numériques.
La prestation attendue comprend notamment : -La souscription, le renouvellement et la résiliation des abonnements ; -La gestion centralisée des demandes émanant des différents services de RTE ; -La gestion des litiges (retards ou défauts de livraison, etc...) ; -La gestion administrative et financière des abonnements; -Le suivi des échéances contractuelles et la mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires à la continuité des services ; -La production de reportings permettant le suivi de la performance.
RTE mettra à disposition du titulaire une solution de e-catalogue. Le titulaire devra le compléter et le mettre à jour avec l’ensemble des abonnements disponibles à la souscription en veillant à l’exactitude des informations (prix, durée, modalités). Ce catalogue permettra aux utilisateurs internes de commander directement via l’outil.
