Sole Source Contract for GIACT Software Subscription Supporting Landlord Management System

Pursuant to Procurement Policy Board Rules §3-05, DSS/ ITS intends to enter into a Sole Source contract negociation with GIACT Systems LLC to continue the GIACT software subscription that helps implementing DSS s Landlord Management System (LMS) project. The proposed contract term is for five years. The GIACT subscription, is used to verify landlord information.

The Department of Social Services relies on the CurRent/LMS software application. There is 100% reliance on validating the data that is entered by the landlords for the Agency to issue payments to the landlords. GIACT Systems LLC, which is part of LSEG Risk Intelligence, is the sole source provider for the exclusive and proprietary services and data being procured.

GIACT does not have a centralized contract with OGS or GSA. Any firm or organization that believes they can also provide this service is invited to respond to RFI 06926Y0357-Giact Software Subscription for Landlord Management Systems by e-mailing the Agency Contact at ACCOContractPlanning@dss.nyc.gov or by submitting a response through the PASSPort Discussion Forum for the subject EPIN.
