BV: Grundschule Cleverbrück (Gebäudeklasse 3, Sonderbau) Zeitraum: Ausführung in den Sommerferien 2026 (während des laufenden Betriebs) Leistungsumfang: Gegenstand ist u.a. die Herstellung von zwei Rettungswege durch den Einbau einer Glas-Aluminium-Warmfassade im Ostflügel und im Westflügel.
Die Maßnahme umfasst zusätzlich folgende Leistungen: Fachgerechter Abbruch und Entsorgung der vorhandenen Fensterbänder inklusive der Brüstungselemente im Bereich der bestehenden Öffnungen. Lieferung und Montage von zwei Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktionen (ca. 3,35 m x 7,00 m) als Warmfassade. Ausstattung: Je Element eine 2-flügelige Paniktür (gem. DIN EN 1125 & DIN 18040) sowie zwei integrierte Fensterelemente.
Ausführung der Türschwellen als bodengleiche Nullschwellen Optischer und technischer Übergang zum Sichtmauerwerk mittels einer 3-seitigen Vorhangfassade. Fachgerechte Abdichtung der PR-Konstruktion incl. Sockelabdichtung unter Einhaltung der Bauwerksabdichtungs- und Flachdachrichtlinien. Konstruktive Vorbereitung des Sockelbereichs und Einbau eines systemkonformen Rinnensystems.
