Scope overview
The National Research Council requires a rugged GNSS-based localization unit for off-road driving research in arctic environments. The unit must provide centimeter-level RTK accuracy at 100Hz update rates and fuse multiple sensor inputs including GNSS, IMU, wheel odometry, and LiDAR or camera feeds.
The supplier must also provide a matching RTK base station capable of transmitting correction data over several kilometers via RF with direct line-of-sight.
