Scope overview
The New York City Department of Education ( NYC DOE ) consists of approximately 285 Charter Schools throughout the City. In accordance with our Procurement Policy and Procedures, the DOE seeks to negotiate with Eastern Suffolk BOCES to formalize a five-year Government to Government contract for the provision of services to collect accountability data from New York City Charter Schools .
In order to provide this service as required by the state of New York, vendors must be the producer of the software that is mandated to be used for this collection, which is eScholar, or be a Board of Cooperative Education Services legally allowed to procure the software as part of the reporting of their own student data.
