Scope overview

Multi-disciplinary team to develop the approved Outline Business Case (OBC) into Full Business Case (FBC) including detailed design and to obtain consents for construction. A lead consultant is required to co-ordinate ground investigation, topographical and environmental surveys, land requirements, and the consultation and engagement to develop the designs for consenting (Transport and Works Act Order).

They will then undertake the detailed design (RIBA stage 4) for construction. An option to retain the team until the end of the construction period is also required.
