The school is seeking bids for Category 1 Internet access services and Category 2 internal network infrastructure necessary to establish a reliable broadband environment capable of supporting a 1:1 student device environment and online state testing.The facility consists of approximately 23,000 square feet on a single floor with approximately 18 classrooms and administrative and common areas.
The network must support approximately 150 to 200 users and devices with reliable wireless coverage throughout the building.Category 2 infrastructure may include wireless access points, network switches, structured cabling, firewall or security appliances, network racks, UPS battery backup units, and other related components necessary to establish a fully operational internal network.Because the school is operating in a temporary location, solutions that are modular and capable of relocation may be considered where appropriate.
