CA WILL RECEIVE 80% OF THE GROSS CONTRIBUTIONS AND UCSF WILL RECEIVE 20% ON A WEEKLY BASIS. UCSF WILL PROVIDE: SCRIPTS, PLEDGE SHEETS, USPS FORMS COMPLETION, MGMT INTERFACE, ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO CREATE SCRIPTS, PLEDGES, USPS FORMS AND IDENTIFY CONTACT PERSONS.
