Solomon Islands Electricity Authority trading as SOLOMON POWER Invitation for Bid Submission Issued Date: Friday 14th November 2025 Project Name: Construction of 11kV/415V Ado/Belaha HV&LV Network Extension Assignment Number: SP-CBSP2-ADO/BELAHA-NE-W-002 Solomon Power (“the Employer”) is inviting sealed Bid Submissions from interested Electrical Construction Companies (“Bidders”), qualified to construct a new 11kV/415V HV&LV Network Extension at Ado/Belaha.

A competitive assessment and evaluation will be conducted in accordance with Solomon Power’s Procurement and Tendering process in selecting a successful Bidder for the works activity. Interested Bidders should request the Terms of Reference (ToR) by emailing to SP-CBSP2@solomonpower.com.sb or, call in at Solomon Power Head Office at Ranadi.

The requested email for the Tender package must include the following; Subject : Tender submission for “ Insert Project Name” and “ Insert Assignment No” . Only one copy submission should be made either through hard or soft copies for the works activity. Hard copies should be sealed in an envelope bearing the Project Name and Assignment No.

and addressed to: General Manager, Special Projects and Planning, Solomon Power , P.O Box 6, Ranadi Head Office , Honiara, Solomon Islands. All hard copies must be submitted in a “ Tender Box ” available at Solomon Power Head Office. Bidders are advised to sign in a submission receipt form available at the reception during submission. Any late submission will be rejected and shall not be considered.
