Scope overview
Vacancy: In tern GRM File Review and Data Entry Vacancy N0: Position Title & Location Overview & required Qualification SMDTAP – Intern/2025 Intern GRM File Review and Data Entry Overview: Duration: 3 Months Location: MMERE Premises, Honiara Remuneration: SBD$1,800.00 per fortnight Start Date: TBC as soon as the contract is signed Key Responsibilities: Liaise with the Registry Clerk to retrieve up to 10 relevant files daily (subject to approval for increase) Sort and organise files by subject matter Review hard-copy correspondences (letters, minutes, memos) to identify grievances Accurately record and enter grievance details into the GRM Register (Excel format) Update corresponding ministry files Provide regular progress reports to the designated supervisor Required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field and must not be employed by SIG or any other Aid donors such as the World Bank, DFAT, EU, and etc Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills (especially Excel) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must own a personal laptop for use during the internship Logistics: Interns are responsible for their own transport and meals Supervision and training will be provided by MMERE and SMDTAP staff Closing date for Applications: Close of Business Friday 21/11/2025 Important note for interested candidates: You can obtain a copy of the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the position and also send your application via email by contacting CLangaana@smdta.gov.sb Agency: Ministry of Mines, Energy and Rural Electrification Procurement method: Request for Quotations Notice type: Invitation for Bids Status: Published Value: 7152.0 USD
