Deze verkoopprocedure heeft betrekking op de gronduitgifte door de gemeente Raalte van een bouwrijp perceel in het plan ’t Broeck fase 5 gelegen in Broekland. De gemeente Raalte is op zoek naar een ontwikkelaar die acht beneden-bovenwoningen (hierna: bebo-woningen) ontwikkelt. De gemeente Raalte, het college van B&W, is de verkopende partij.
De inschrijver met wie de koopovereenkomst wordt aangegaan, zal voor eigen rekening en risico de woningen realiseren. De procedure Gronduitgifte is onder het voorbehoud van de ontheffing van de Provincie (voor steenuil/egel). Begin maart 2026 heeft de gemeente duidelijkheid over wel, dan niet tijdig verkrijgen van deze ontheffing.
Bij publicatie van de nota van inlichtingen zal de gemeente hier duidelijkheid over geven.
