Scope overview

Het betreft een integrale oplossing voor de inrichting van onder andere een werkcafé, twee espressobarren en diverse pantries (koffie- en eethubs), die gedurende alle dagen van de week in gebruik zullen zijn door medewerkers, gasten en bezoekers. De opdracht omvat: • Het leveren van energiezuinige, duurzame en circulaire grootkeukenapparatuur.
• Het installeren en integreren van de apparatuur in een professionele werkomgeving. • Het realiseren van een efficiënte keukeninrichting, afgestemd op routing, ergonomie en veiligheid. • Het toepassen van slimme technologieën, zoals geautomatiseerde kook-, koel- en reinigingssystemen.
• Het verzorgen van service en onderhoud gedurende minimaal drie jaar, inclusief beschikbaarheid van reserveonderdelen en snelle responstijden.
