Scope overview
Die verlässliche Grundschule Bortfeld verfügt derzeit über 6 Klassenräume. Je nach Jahrgangsstärke wurden bislang nur 4 bis 5 Räume benötigt, sodass ein Klassenraum als Aula genutzt wird und ggf. ein weiterer als Mehrzweckraum. Die Schulentwicklungsplanung zeigt allerdings einen Anstieg der Schülerzahlen, sodass ab dem Schuljahr 2026/2027 tatsächlich 6 Klassenräume benötigt werden.
Die Aula sowie der Mehrzweckraum, welche insbesondere für eine qualitativ hochwertige Ganztagsbetreuung von Bedeutung sind, stünden damit nicht mehr zur Verfügung. Die derzeitige Schulkindbetreuung findet für 32 Kinder im Souterrain der Schule sowie in der angrenzenden Seniorentagesstätte statt. In der Seniorentagesstätte nehmen die Kinder das Mittagessen zu sich.
Um den Schulstandort in Bortfeld qualitativ und quantitativ für die Errichtung einer Ganztagsgrundschule auszubauen sind An- und Umbaumaßnahmen sowie Umnutzungen der vorhandenen Räumlichkeiten erforderlich. Nähere Informationen sind aus der Information zum Leistungsgegenstand zu entnehmen.
