Scope overview
GU-Leistung - De- und Remontagen KG300 und 400 im Innenbereich: Für die Sanierung der Fassade ist es erforderlich, temporäre Interimszustände in der Technik und im Innenausbau herbeizuführen, so dass der Krankenhausbetrieb weitergeführt und die Fassade im laufenden Betrieb ausgetauscht werden kann. Im Anschluss an den Fassadenaustausch wird der vorherige Zustand wieder hergestellt.
Dazu gehören unter anderem: ˗ Demontage, Zwischenlagerung und Wiedereinbau von Abhangdecken inkl. Herstellung von Passstücken - Demontage und Neueinbau von Metall-Verkleidungen an den Stützen im Bereich Fassade ˗ Demontage von Fassadenschwertern/ Trockenbauwänden, teilweise Wiedereinbau - Wiederherstellung Fußbodenanschluss inkl.
Estrich und Belag an Fassade - Komplettabbruch und Wiederaufbau der Nasszellen der Patientenzimmer an den Kopfenden ˗ Abtrennen und Demontieren von Sanitärgegenständen ˗ Abtrennen, Entleeren und Demontieren von Heizkörpern ˗ Integration von Absperrorganen (Ventile) in wasserführende Strangleitungen ˗ Trennen von Stromkreisen, Demontieren und Einlagern von elektrischen Bauteilen ˗ Schützen von Sprinklerleitungen ˗ Fachgerechtes Einlagern von TGA-Objekten (Sanitärgegenstände, Luftauslässe, Sprinklerköpfe).
˗ Anbindung von neuem Sonnenschutz an das bestehende System ˗ Remontage aller demontieren Objekte, Wiederherstellen des jetzigen Zustands
