Scope overview
Bei einem Projekt zur Content-Herstellung sind viele Abteilungen und Personen beteiligt. Es gibt klare Prozesse, welche Arbeitsschritte, in welcher Reihenfolge und mit welchen Abhängigkeiten notwendig sind. Es fehlt aber ein transparenter Überblick über den Detail-Status im Prozess und damit auch ein klarer Überblick, welche Aufgaben gerade bei welcher Person liegen.
Teile des Prozesses sind in verschiedenen Geschäftsanwendungen (IT-Systemen) verortet, bspw. die Meta-Datenpflege, Genehmigungsgänge oder die Programmplanung. Der High-Level-Status im Herstellungsprozess ist zentral erfasst, aber die Weitergabe von Schritt zu Schritt erfolgt oft nur per Mail oder per Zuruf und der Status innerhalb der Prozessschritte fehlt.
Im Rahmen des ZDF-Projekts guide.it wird daher eine zentrale Workflow-Management-Plattform etabliert, die Prozesse im ZDF abteilungsübergreifend organisiert, steuert und transparent abbildet.
