Request for Bids Goods (One-Envelope Bidding Process) Country: Bosnia and Herzegovina Name of Project: Health Systems Improvement Project (HSIP) Contract Title: Procurement of a Gynecological chair for women with disabilities Loan No.: 9351-BA RFB Reference No.: BA-HSIP-9351-G-RFB-25-2.1.1.5 Date of issuing: November 20, 2025 The Borrower, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, through a subsidiary agreement with the Borrower, has received financing in the amount of USD 21,500,000.00 from the World Bank, toward the cost of the Health Systems Improvement Project (HSIP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of a Gynecological chair for women with disabilities.
2. The Project Implementation Team (PIT) established within the Federal Ministry of Health now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to supply Gynecological chair for women with disabilities (21 pieces) in multiple locations within the Federation of BiH. 3.
Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (July 2016, revised November 2017, August 2018, and November 2020) (Procurement Regulations) , and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Project Implementation Team (PIT), Mr. Nedim Džafo, email address: Nedim.Dzafo@fmz.gov.ba, (cc HSIP@fmz.gov.ba) and inspect the bidding document during office hours from 10.00 to 14.00 hours at the address given below. 5.
