This will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed contract for One (1) Annual Base Year with Four (4) Annual Option Years. To be eligible for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in SAM database at http://www.sam.gov and comply with the Evaluation for Basis of Award at the time the quote is submitted.
The prospective contractor must also have updated and correct information in the VA Financial Service Center s Customer Engagement Portal. If you are an SDVOSB, VOSB or Small Business and plan on subcontracting, please provide a plan to show how your company provides 51% of the requirement.
