Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25726Q0184 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)Â for dosimetry services.
This acquisition is set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached solicitation (SF1449) for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure including options.
(iii)Â See attached Statement of Work for the contractor qualifications and description of requirements for the items and services to be acquired. (iv) Anticipated base period of performance: 2/1/2026 1/31/2027; Delivery location: VA North Texas Health Care System, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216; f.o.b. destination. (v) See attached SF1449 for the provisions that apply to this acquisition.
(vi)Â See attached SF1449 for the list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii)Â Offers must be submitted to the solicitation point of contact by email; vance.farrell@va.gov before 2:00 PM CST, 1/23/2026. Due to service constraints, it is requested that emails be no larger than 12MB in size. Do not send ZIP files. VA servers typically do not transfer the content of ZIP files.
If needed, submit multiple emails for an offer. It is requested that questions regarding the solicitation be asked in writing to the solicitation point of contact, vance.farrell@va.gov, no later than 1/20/2026. (viii)Â This solicitation requires submittals other than price. See page 77 in the solicitation document (SF1449), addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to offerors, for details of the submittal requirements.
Failure to provide any of the submittal requirements may determine the offeror s offer to be considered non-compliant with the solicitation.
