Scope overview
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Anmietung von zwei fabrikneuen Produktionsdrucksystemen in zwei Losen. Los 1 umfasst ein Vierfarb-Produktionsdrucksystem inkl. In-Line Broschüren Fertigung und Los 2 beschreibt ein Schwarzweiß-Produktionsdrucksystem. Zu der Anmietung gehören auch alle Entsorgungs-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen.
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist auch die Lieferung und Abholung der Geräte bei Vertragsabschluss und Vertragsende. Im Leistungsverzeichnis ist die geforderte Ausstattung der Geräte inklusive der Druckvolumen angegeben. Außerdem sind die unter Punkt 4.3 genannten Leistungen zu erfüllen. Das Leistungsverzeichnis finden Sie in Teil C der Vergabeunterlagen. Der Auftraggeber ist die Stadtverwaltung Karlsruhe.
Punkt 2 der AGB der Stadt Karlsruhe ist nicht Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung, da die digitalen Produktionsdrucksysteme durch den Auftraggeber nicht gekauft, sondern angemietet werden. Es handelt sich bei dem Vertrag um Miete und keinen Kauf.
