HANKINTAPÄÄTÖS PVKULTU-JÄRJESTELMÄN YLLÄPITO- JA KEHITYSTYÖT 2026 Hankinnan kohteena on ohjelmistokehitys ja ylläpito PVKULTU-ohjelmistoon. Ohjelmisto linkitetään jo käytössä olevaan KULTI-järjestelmään sekä liikenteen turvallisuusvirasto Traficomin kysymyspankkiin ja kuvaaineistoon.
Ohjelmistoa käytetään kuljettajatutkinnon vastaanottamisessa ja sillä testataan tutkinnonsuorittajien liikenne-osaaminen.Hankinnalla hankitaan Traficomilla käytössä olevan ohjelmiston Puo-lustusvoimien tarpeisiin räätälöidyn PVKULTU-järjestelmän ylläpito- ja kehitystyö.
Puolustusvoimien oli siirryttävä kuljettajantutkintojen hallinnoinnissa KULTU-järjestelmän käyttöön, jotta muun muassa taataan ajantasainen ajokorttiluokkia koskeva teoriakoeaineisto sekä viimeisimmät ajo- ja teoriakokeiden arviointiperusteet.
Puolustusvoimat ei suoraan pysty integroitumaan Traficomin KULTU-järjestelmään teknisten haasteiden johdosta, vaan Puolustusvoimille oli hankittava vastaava järjestelmä erillisenä. Hankinnalla turvataan kuljettajantutkintojen luotettava suorittaminen nykyaikaista järjestelmää hyväksikäyttäen.,
