Scope overview
In accordance with section 3-04 of the Procurement Policy Board Rules, the Fire Department of New York (FDNY), wishes to extend the current Hazmat Meter Maintenance contract with the below provider, through a Negotiated Acquisition Extension.
The contractor provides all management, supervision, labor, equipment, tools, testing, training, materials, supplies, and replacement unit purchasing services necessary to upgrade, maintain, repair, and replace hazardous materials meters. The term will be December 1, 2024, to November 29, 2025.
