Scope overview
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and any other items or services necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance service for HVAC for Station Fort Macon, 2301 E Fort Macon Rd, Atlantic Beach, NC 28512. In accordance with Performance Work Statment. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on February 11th, 2026.
All quotes must be submitted via email to Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil Ensure blocks 14 (Include UEI) through 20c and 30a, 30b and 30c of the SF 1442, and pricing are completed before emailing. Source Evaluation: See Section M on Construction and Clauses. Unit COR Christina Gramza, christina.a.gramza@uscg.mil Scheduled site visit is January 26th through January 30th, 2026 1000 EST. Q&A inquiries are due by February 3rd, 2026 at NOON EST. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 238220. The small business standard is $19 mil.
All eligible responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the United States Coast Guard, however those submitting quotes that do not have an active vendor record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
