Scope overview
Das Rundfunkmuseum in Fürth wird vollständig saniert und durch einen Neubau ergänzt. Die Bodenplatte, die Decken und die tragenden Wände werden in Beton ausgeführt. Die restlichen Innenwände werden in Trockenbauweise und Mauerwerk ausgeführt. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich die Heizzentrale sowie die Aufstellfläche der Luft/Wasser Wärmepumpe.
In der Heizentrale befindet sich die Verteilung mit den Förderpumpen, Pufferspeicher sowie die Sicherheitstechnik der Anlage. Die Luft/Wasser Wärmepumpe wird auf der Fortluftseite Kanal geführt auf das Gitter in der Fassade geführt. Die Räumlichkeiten im Untergeschoss werden über die Zentrale RLT-Anlage mit Wärme/Kälte versorgt. Die Räume vom EG-2.OG werden mit einer Heiz- und Kühldecke ausgestattet.
Im DG werden Profilheizkörper verbaut. Die Verteilung zu den Steigsträngen erfolgt an der Decke der Geschosse. Die Steigstränge werden an den Wänden befestigt. Die gesamte Installation im Gebäude wird über die Decke verzogen.
