Scope overview
Die Wärmeversorgung des Neubaus erfolgt über das Fernwärmenetz. Hierzu wird im Hausanschlussraum eine Übergabestation durch die TWL installiert.
Für die interne Wärmeverteilung ist ein Heizkreisverteiler mit vier Regelgruppen vorgesehen: Gebäudebeheizung Warmwasserbereitung Heizregister Lüftungsgerät Heizregister Lüftungsgerät Küche Das Rohrleitungssystem wird als Presssystem mit Präzisionsstahlrohr (C-Stahl) ausgeführt. Teile der Verteilleitungen verlaufen als erdverlegte PEX-Leitungen unter der Bodenplatte (bauseits geliefert und eingebaut).
Die Wärmeabgabe erfolgt im Gebäude überwiegend über eine flächendeckende Fußbodenheizung. In einzelnen Räumen sind zusätzlich Röhrenradiatoren installiert. Wegen der weiteren Einzelheiten wird auf die Ausschreibungsunterlagen, insbesondere das Leistungsverzeichnis nebst Planunterlagen verwiesen.
