Helsingin Mustasaaren toimintakeskuksen veneliikenteen hankinta liikennöintikaudelle 2026 (optiona +1) Tämä tarjouspyyntö liitteineen koskee Helsingin seurakuntayhtymän Mustasaaren toimintakeskuksen yhteysveneen liikennöintiä Helsingin Ruoholahdesta tai Taivallahdesta Mustasaareen*. Yhteysveneellä kuljetetaan saareen tulevia ryhmiä ja yksittäisiä vierailijoita sekä tavarakuljetuksia.
Virallista aukiolokautta ennen ja sen jälkeen (noin toukokuun alusta/puolivälistä elokuun loppuun/syyskuun puoliväliin) saarella vierailee ryhmiä. Tämä hankinta koskee myös näiden ryhmien tilausajoliikennettä niiltä osin kun liikennöitsijän alus vastaa tilaajan tarvetta. Tilaaja pidättää oikeuden tehdä virallisen aukioloajan ulkopuolisia kuljetushankintoja myös muilta toimittajilta.
Tarjousten vertailussa käytetään halvinta hintaa valintaperusteena, koska oleelliset laatuun vaikuttavat seikat on huomioitu kattavasti hankinnan kohteen määrittelyssä sekä hankinnan vähimmäisvaatimuksissa. *Yhteysveneen laituri sijaitsee Taivallahdessa. Alueelle rakentuvan kylpylän vuoksi lähtöpaikka saattaa muuttua sopimus- tai optiokauden aikana.
