Kyseessä on ennakkoilmoitus / tietopyyntö mahdollisille tarjoajille. Tämä ei ole tarjouspyyntö eikä tietopyyntöön vastaaminen ole edellytys mahdolliseen myöhempään kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle.
Tämän tietopyynnön tarkoitus on tehdä markkinakartoitusta, jossa selvitetään ja tarkennetaan keuhkosairauksien apuvälineisiin liittyviä näkökohtia ja vaihtoehtoja sekä käynnistetään tekninen vuoropuhelu potentiaalisten ehdokkaiden/tarjoajien kanssa.
Hengityshoitolaitteiden ja niiden etäseurantajärjestelmän hankintaan sisältyy seuraava laitekokonaisuus ja etäseurantajärjestelmä: - CPAP-laitteet, automaattiset: uniapnean hoitoon aikuispotilaille - Kaksoispaineventilaattorit: sentraalisen uniapnean ja sydämen vajaatoimintaan liittyvän Cheyne-Stokes-hengityksen hoitoon aikuispotilaille - Kaksoispaineventilaattorit: keuhko- ja neuromuskulaarihoitoon aikuispotilaille, verkkoliitäntä.
- Hengityskoneet (respiraattorit): yli 5 kg painavien potilaiden elämää jatkuvasti ylläpitävään hengitystukihoitoon, oma akku, verkko- ja autoliitäntä.
- Korkeavirtaushoitolaite: korkeavirtaushoitolaite noninvasiiviseen hoitoon - Langaton etäseurantajärjestelmä Tarkoituksena on selvittää, onko tarjoajilla mahdollisuus tarjota laitekokonaisuutta ja niiden etäseurantajärjestelmää tietopyynnön liitteenä olevilla ehdottomilla vaatimuksilla.
