Scope overview
In der Sportanlage „Sportpark Henstedt“ (Bgm.-Steenbock-Str.) wurde ergänzend zu den bereits existierenden Fußball-Kunstrasenplätzen (1x Großfeld, 1x Kleinfeld) 2025 ein weiterer Großfeld-Kunstrasenplatz in Betrieb genommen. Zur Deckung des gestiegenen Bedarfes an ausreichend großen Umkleideräumen ist der Neubau eines Gebäudes geplant.
Darin sind acht Umkleideräume mit vier Wasch-/Duschräumen und WC sowie zwei Umkleideräume für Schiedsrichter vorgesehen. Außerdem sollen dort eine WC-Anlage für Besucher, ein Büro- und ein Besprechungsraum mit Kiosk sowie Materialräume entstehen. Der Neubau soll auf dem vorh. Parkplatz errichtet werden.
Die dort entfallenden Parkplätze sowie weitere gemäß Stellplatzsatzung forderliche Parkplätze sollen an anderer Stelle auf dem Gelände errichtet werden. Hierfür ist eine Verkehrsanlagenplanung erforderlich. Es wird beabsichtigt, für das Projekt Fördermittel aus dem Bundesprogramm „Sanierung kommunaler Sportstätten“ zu beantragen. Fördervoraussetzungen für Ersatzneubauten sind u.a.
die Erreichung eines EH-55-Standards und die Wärmeversorgung zu 100 % aus erneuerbaren Energien. Die geschätzten Kosten für die KG 300 betragen 1.062.608,- € und für die KG 400 329.792,- €. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens sind Planungsleistungen mit dem Leistungsbild Objektplanung gem. HOAI § 34 Gebäude, LPH 1-9 einschließlich Besonderer Leistungen. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise.

--- Zu diesem Zweck werden Büros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das vorgenannte Leistungsbild abdecken und in der Vergangenheit vergleichbare Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Folgendes Verfahren wird durchgeführt: In Phase 1 werden potentielle Bewerber zur Teilnahme aufgefordert ihre Teilnahmeanträge mit den geforderten Nachweisen einzureichen.
In Phase 2 werden die eingegangen Teilnahmeanträge geprüft und die Anzahl der zugelassenen Bewerber wird beschränkt. Die Bewerber der Phase 2 werden gesondert zu einem Verhandlungsverfahren aufgefordert.
