Scope overview
Voorliggende opdracht heeft betrekking op de tweede fase van heraanleg van de site Zoet Water te Oud-Heverlee. De site bestaat uit vijf historische vijvers met omliggend bos, horeca, een speeltuin, een gemeenschapscentrum, een kapel en het Streekhuis Dijleland.
Voor de site werd een geïntegreerd ontwerp opgemaakt met de doelstelling de natuurwaarde te verhogen, de vijvers beter te integreren in de waardevolle omgeving en ruimte te bieden voor waterbeleving in afstemming met de beoogde natuurdoelstellingen. De heraanleg verloopt in twee fasen, zowel wat aanbesteding betreft als realisatie.
Voorliggende opdracht betreft de realisatie van fase 2 en heeft voornamelijk betrekking op het verleggen van de Vaalbeek en de omgevingsaanleg (parking, wandelpaden, recreatieve infrastructuur, inclusief belevingselementen).
