Description: The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply and delivery of a fully automated computer controlled high pressure dual channel Ion chromatography (IC) system capable of simultaneously and quantitatively determining anions such as Chloride (Cl-), Fluoride (F-), Bromide (Br) Phosphate (PO4-3), Sulphate, Sulphite, Phosphite, Nitrate, Nitrite, Organic acids in wide analysis of inorganic substances in the parts per million range (ppm) by conductivity detection, transition metal oxidation speciation with a UV-Vis detector and post column reagent assembly and oxidative-reductions of species by electrochemical detection. The IC system flow paths must be non-metallic Peek based and compatible for 0-14 pH and provide the flexibility of detection of complex sample matrix by gradient and isocratic mode. The mandatory technical criteria are: The responsive bidder already holding a Supply arrangement for Laboratory and Scientific Equipment, Parts and Accessories, Services and Supplies from Public Works and Government Services Canada who meets the mandatory technical criteria with the lowest aggregate price will be recommended for contract award.
