Highland Public Library is seeking proposals for internet access service for 500Mbps-1Gbps including modem and Static IP (29 IP Addresses). All bid responses or questions should be sent to frank@erateallstars.com. Responses that are not sent to this address will not be considered. All price proposals must be submitted electronically using the attached form.
Although not a mandatory requirement, service providers should indicate if they are willing to invoice USAC directly, providing the library with the applicable discounts on their monthly billing. The email subject of your response should be titled with the library name and Form 470 # for which you are bidding; responses without this subject will not be considered.
